My Ride Cannington offers you the option to either choose delivery or click and collect at check out.
Please note: All Bike orders can only be Click and Collected from My Ride Cannington. There is no home delivery for Bikes. All bikes are assembled by one of our qualified bicycle technicians and therefore must be picked up instore at My Ride Cannington.
The Click and Collect option is free.
Over size and dangerous goods items may be restricted to click and collect only due to shipping restrictions.
Please Note: We do not ship internationally, this site is for Australian residents only
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags, incase of returns. For further information please contact us cannington@myride.com.au
Same-day dispatch
We endeavor to dispatch all orders received by 1pm AWST on the same day. On occasion and due to high demand this may increase, rest assured we are working hard to get your orders out and in these times we ask for your patience.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched from the next working day.
Delivery Time frames
We do not have control over freight services. Once your items are handed over to the shipping company, we cannot be held liable for any extended delays. Please be aware that public holidays, floods, strikes, storms, and road closures may further disrupt freight, potentially leading to longer delivery times under these circumstances.
