Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

At My Ride Cannington, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.

  • Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
  • Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
  • Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only.
  • Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • All return postage fees to be coverd by purchaser.

IF SHIPPING GOODS BACK TO MY RIDE CANNINGTON.

Please send them back in the original postage box or bag they came in. Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging.

For your protection, we suggest that you ship the goods to us with a freight service that provides a Signature Required on delivery option. Please ensure you retain a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, your freight charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour) you are not required to pay for delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can only be processed instore at the My Ride Store associated to your original order.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size.
  • All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  • Price difference in exchanged goods will be issued by a My Ride Gift card to the value of difference.
  • Goods must be in original, saleable Condition with undamaged packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • Clothing and apparel items must have tags still attached and not be used.
  • Cycling Shorts unfortunately can’t be exchanged under any circumstances for hygienic reasons.
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided.

In most cases there is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).

Pumping out an attention-grabbing 300 lumens with OptiCube™ lens technology, the versatile Viz300 stands out with the power of Daytime Hyperflash™ mode and the friendliness of Group Ride mode.

The AMPP900 headlight has dimensions of 32 x 102 x 33 mm and weighs 142 grams. Its light source is a white LED. The Viz300 taillight has dimensions of 25 x 75.5 x 34 mm and weighs 47 grams (with battery). Its light source is three red LEDs. Both lights are water resistant with an IPX4 rating.

The AMPP900 offers a run time of 2 hours in high mode (900 lumens), 3 hours in middle mode (400 lumens), 5 hours in low mode (200 lumens), 4 hours in daytime hyperconstant mode (900/200 lumens), and 35 hours in flashing mode (200 lumens). It uses a Li-ion rechargeable battery (3.7V, 3000mAh) and recharges in approximately 4 hours (1A) or 8 hours (0.5A). The Viz300 offers a run time of 5 hours in constant mode (30 lumens), 45 hours in flashing mode (30 lumens), 10 hours in group ride mode (15 lumens), and 10 hours in daytime hyperflash mode (300 lumens).
