With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Please send them back in the original postage box or bag they came in. Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging.
For your protection, we suggest that you ship the goods to us with a freight service that provides a Signature Required on delivery option. Please ensure you retain a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, your freight charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour) you are not required to pay for delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
In most cases there is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).

The Pacific Bar Adaptor is designed for full suspension, juvenile, and ladies bikes, featuring a swivel frame adaptor for easy connection.
This quick release adaptor has a weight capacity of 15kg. Before using the Pacific Bar Adaptor, ensure that the bicycle saddle is securely attached to the seatpost and the seatpost is securely installed in the bicycle frame. Press the snap buttons at each end of the frame adapter to open the hooks. The Bar Adaptor must be attached the right way up as indicated by the UP label. Place the smaller hook around the bicycle seatpost and close the hook, ensuring the snap button is fully engaged. Pull on the larger hook to extend the frame adapter tube and secure the larger hook around the bicycle stem. Close the hook and ensure the snap button is fully engaged. The bicycle can now be attached to a hitch mounted or trunk mounted bicycle carrier using the frame adapter as the mounting point.
